Instead, we share insider secrets from our diamond expert to help you find the best value for your money. Our 5 diamond guides, Glossary Terms by Category, FAQs, Ask the Expert service, and tutorial tests are all designed to help you make a difficult purchase with ease and confidence.

Diamond stores do not and cannot pay to be tested and placed on our site, and cannot influence the outcome of our expert opinions. Our tests are anonymous and unbiased.

This has actually led us to some frustration, because we did not find as many stores as we would like that passed our testing criteria. We found a lot of stores that had great prices but not integrity, or great integrity but not prices, and so on. but very few that did it all well.

We Tested the Top Internet Diamond Sites

For instance, we tested over 100 top internet sites (every online diamond store we could find), and started with 6 internet stores that passed our initial testing. We track after the sale service and customer testimonials, and 4 of those sites have been eliminated due to poor feedback from customers, as well as complaints where customers asked us to intervene and solve issues. That was NOT fun, so we dropped stores that created the extra work and stress for me. Recently we found another to add to our list after much testing.
